This is a fairly quick and easy meal that works great for breakfast through dinner. A real crowd pleaser, plan on feeding four with this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium sized organic yellow potatoes, cut 1/4" slices
- 2T bacon fat or butter
- 1 small onion, sliced thin
- 1-2C broccoli florets
- 3 TC Farm eggs
- 1/2 C cream
- 1t dried sage
- 1t sea salt
- 2-3 slices ham, chopped
- 1/3C kalamata olives or a jar of capers (not shown in video because I didn't have them on hand)
- 1/2 C shredded cheese
