I expected this dish to be maybe just passable as a side when I first made it up... After all, it is simple and easy to make, just a few ingredients.
However, something magic happens in that oven with the oil... the cauliflower and garlic both caramelize into a symphony of goodness.
So glad I made a double batch tonight!
We LOVE our oil cruet shown in the background. We have had this 32 ounce version an 8 ounce version since 2012 and use them almost every day. Perfect for a dish like this or for dressing a quick salad.
