We keep our eggs COLD before they are put into their coolers. So: on a hot, humid day if the egg cooler gets left open, the air will quickly condense all that humidity and droplets of dew (wet) will form. The eggs are still safe to eat, but nobody wants their eggs to start off wet, do they?!?
So please take the moment to close the coolers all the way this summer.
