Meet Josh

Josh has been helping with TC Farm for years. But now he's with us each day in the warehouse and on the road, making sure our members get their food each month.

We are so grateful for Josh's leadership in our warehouse and delivery. This year brought a lot of change. TC Farm had to take over most of the boxing and packaging work from our processors to allow them keep up with the extra work we were asking them to do. Without Josh's help this year, we really would have struggled to get the deliveries out and all those boxes packed up.

In addition to managing our logistics, Josh will be leading our forthcoming produce offering (He tracked down this month's amazing organic baby ginger at the suggestion of a member, look for other special offerings soon!)

Josh actually started out with TC Farm back in 2015 managing our farm in Montrose with his partner Lucas. There they cared for our pigs, chickens, turkeys and ducks. We ended up transitioning that farm to a new family in 2018 when Josh and Lucas moved to St. Paul (with the farm dog, Jackson).

After a few years of working in the non-profit community, Josh came aboard managing TC Farm's operations and logistics. He leads our efforts working with farmers, processors and our internal team to bring food to our customers each month.

He enjoys working with TC Farm because he wants to create a more sustainable food system connecting farmers and livestock to our members. The humane and healthy treatment of animals creates a healthier and better product for all.

When not working, you can find Josh outside year-round, enjoying hiking and skiing. He also enjoys cooking and exploring new recipes having completed a culinary pastry program in 2014.
