Savory Snap Peas

  • 8oz or 1/2 lb Snow or snap peas
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt to taste


  1. Heat coconut and sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add peas and sesame seeds, tossing frequently until peas are cooked through, 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Serve hot!
