Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3/4 C aronia berries
- 1 coconut milk ice cube (or plain dairy free yogurt)
- Top off ingredients with coconut water (approximately 6 ounces, may need more or less to get smooth texture)
- Optional add-ins:
- 1 Tbsp collagen
- 1 Tbsp ground flax/chia/hemp or can purchase mix of all three
Directions
1. Just blend everything togther until smooth!
