We featured this on our Fall Farm tour in 2022 and served it up.

It was a big hit with our members and can be a big hit in your home too.

The perfect combination of fresh, tart and just a little bit of zing. Fast and so so so simple to make.

  • 1/2 head of red cabbage (finely shaved)
  • 2 apples (Granny Smith or other tart variety) (Cut into matchsticks)
  • 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup loosely packed cilantro (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed mint leaves (roughly chopped)
  • 1 jalapeƱo (seeded, finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 limes (zested and juiced)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl.
  2. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
