How to set up Future Deliveries

Starting this week, you'll be getting weekly produce deliveries from TC Farm.

To help let us know what you want in those deliveries, we’ve made a couple of big changes to the customer portal.

The big change is that you can now add any TC Farm items to your weekly produce order!

You will be able to edit multiple upcoming deliveries (not just the next delivery!)
This isn't quite in place yet -- it will be within the next few weeks. You’ll be able to see upcoming deliveries in the portal! Change any of the weeks you see! Soon, you’ll be able to “add” future weeks on your own and plan out even further!
Your delivery next week might be Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Be sure to check the portal to see which day.
Your cutoff for making changes is based on the delivery day!)
We still need time to pack everything in the warehouse. Weekly orders happen faster! Because the orders are now weekly, this means the cutoff for making changes could be on a Sunday (or even Thursday!) depending on the date of your deliveries. The portal will show the date of your cutoff.
Because weekly orders happen so much faster, we can’t make any changes to orders or delivery addresses after the cut-off.

It's so much less stressful! Even if you forget to add something to the next week's weekly produce, you can always add something the following week!

So if you you saw this blog post too late and didn't get a chance to add something to next's week's delivery in time, don't sweat it. You'll be able to add something to the following week's delivery!

Since you have another delivery coming soon, you will want to make changes to your delivery next week right away.

How to Make Changes: Just Like Before

If you've used the portal before, it's pretty straight forward.

Simply click on the date of the delivery you want to change!
Add or remove the items you want to add or remove
Make changes by the cutoff date. (With weekly deliveries, we have to make changes sooner each week)
