May 11-12-13 Produce Box

Below are the items that you can expect in the produce Boses for the week of May 11-13

Small Produce Box:

• Salanova Lettuce
• Rhubarb
• Carrots, Rainbow
• Eggplant
• Sweet Yellow Onions
• Yellow Squash
  Zucchini
  We had to substitute zucchini this delivery - "the green version of yellow squash". The squash was poor quality so we substituted for a higher quality item
• Apples
• Will include some additional items

Large Produce Box:

Will include larger portions for some items
