Always Trying to be Better

Over the past several months, we've been doing some things behind the scenes to make improvements for our new and existing customers:  

• Easier-to-understand package names and descriptions.
• Adding almost a dozen pickup sites - we now have over 30 pickup sites and are looking to add more!
• Lowering prices and introducing extra member discounts.
• Introducing ready-to-serve Sous Chef meals.
• Reformatting the news articles and recipes on our site.

This latest change is both a big one and a little one:

We've shortened our name to TC Farm

A lot of you were already calling us TC Farm.  Heck, you probably caught us doing it from time-to-time without even meaning to!  To stay connected to our roots but also let people just discovering us learn about our Twin Cities connection, we choose TC Farm.

You've probably noticed a change to our web site and some of our videos.  You'll also start to see changes our packaging in the coming months.

What hasn't changed is our commitment to fine food, sustainably raised.  Food raised locally, without taking any shortcuts.  Food you can trust.

Let us know if something isn't working

As anyone who has remodeled a home can tell you, there's always a little mess before everything is finished.  We hope you'll understand if you find a few things that look out of place over the coming days and let us know if something isn't working for you.

Just like with our recipes, we're always looking for ways to be better.  This is no different.  Let us know what you think in the comments below!
